River Valley Trail System
Create and groom cross country ski trails throughout the river valley for recreation and commuting. The trails can be anchored by 'warm up' shacks and open community fire pits. These warm up shacks can be fixed assets that also offer services in the summer (bike rentals, ice cream...)
