The City of Festivals needs a big one during winter.

    We have some wonderful festivals, Silver Skate, Deep Freeze Birenbinder, New Years. Metropolis was supposed dto be big and it is a dismal failure.

    Support our current festivals and focus on making our city day to day livable.

    We should have a Winter Festival that would rival Ottawa's Winterlude. Hawrelak Park is a great location for an event like this to hold a multitude of activities, including a warm up area with washrooms. A winter Triathlon during the festival is a must!
